So, I haven't been here in awhile. Sorry.
I've gained back some weight but I am finally motivated to keep going!
I didn't gain this overnight. In reality, it probably will take me years to lose this weight.
So, where to start?
MINIMUM 2x at the gym each week. No ifs ands or buts. My wise sister suggested thinking of it as a "meeting". Something I have to do.
Increase my water intake.
Walk more.
Cut down on Sodium, Fat, and Sugar.
Eat more veggies.
I can do this!!! I will do this. :)
