A little frustrated. I weighed in last night and gained 0.8 pounds.
I know I need to cut down on my chocolate but I actually thought that I was doing well overall. Meh.
Today, I started on some anxiety/depression pills and I hope they don't slow down my metabolism like some pills do.
I'm hoping I can curb my appetite so that I can switch to the flex plan. Right now, I'm doing weight watchers Core program which means I eat as much as I want of the healthy foods (lean meats, veggies, fruit, fat/free dairy, etc.) and then I have 35 non-core points to use during the week. I find those points go by way too quickly and by the end of the week, I either cheat and go over or I get grumpy and starve. Well, not starve but you know what I mean :) I need to plan better and not waste my points on chocolate..or at least, not as much chocolate.
On the flex plan, you get a certain amount of points (based on your weight) per DAY and then you get your 35 extra points per week on top of that.
