Well, on Sunday, I switched to the Flex plan of WW. This means I get a certain number of points per day (based on your weight) to eat whatever I want as long as I stay within my points. PLUS you get 35 extra points per week.
I'm finding it much easier than I thought it would. Most vegetables are 0 points (except starchy ones like potato and corn). I'm doing okay with the journalling. I just have to remember to write down what I ate as soon as I eat it.
I'm getting a haircut on Saturday. My wonderful stepmother is treating me to celebrate my 25 pound loss. :)
